Track a shipment

Enter the tracking number from your receipt to see where your shipment is.

Use the NEX number on your receipt. Older receipts may show a number starting with NXC.

You receive a tracking number when staff book your shipment. A pickup request reference (PR-...) is not a tracking number; call us if you need an update on a pickup request.

Tracking shows the status, route and checkpoints only. It never shows names, phone numbers or addresses.
