These terms cover this website and the requests you send through it. Please read them before you use the site.

Requests are not bookings

A pickup request, quote request or message gives you a reference number. It is not a booking. A shipment is booked only after our staff confirm the carrier, the price and the details with you, and you receive a tracking number.

Prices

Prices depend on the carrier, destination and chargeable weight. The price staff confirm when you book is the full price, with nothing added on top. If the measured weight or size differs from what you told us, the price changes to match.

Carriage

• Shipments are carried by our international carrier partners under that carrier's terms and conditions of carriage.
• Delivery times are the carrier's estimates, not guarantees. Customs checks can cause delays.
• You must describe the contents and their value truthfully and must not send items the carrier or the destination country does not accept.
• Duties and taxes in the destination country are set by its customs authority.
• Claims for loss or damage are handled under the carrier's terms. Ask us for help with a claim.

Using this website

• Do not send false information, try to access other people's data, or overload the site.
• We try to keep the information here accurate, but carrier rules and prices change.
