1. Service Agreement

By booking a shipment with NEXIS COURIERS, you agree to our standard terms of carriage. We reserve the right to refuse any package that does not comply with our safety guidelines or contains prohibited items.

2. Prohibited Items

The following items are strictly prohibited from being shipped through our network:

• Hazardous materials or explosives
• Live animals
• Illegal narcotics or contraband
• Cash or unregistered bearer bonds

3. Liability & Insurance

NEXIS COURIERS's liability is limited to standard courier coverage unless additional insurance is purchased at the time of booking. We are not liable for delays caused by extreme weather, customs issues, or acts of God.
