Privacy notice

This notice explains what Nexis Couriers (P-1619, Main Double Road, Sector I-10/1, Islamabad, Pakistan) collects through this website and how we use it.

What we collect

• Pickup requests: your name, mobile number, email (optional), pickup address and city, the destination, and details of the shipment.
• Quote requests: your name, phone, email (optional), the destination, weight, box size and notes.
• Contact messages: your name, phone, email (optional), subject and message.
• Job applications: your name, email, mobile number, city, position, experience, note and CV (PDF).
• Franchise applications: the information and documents you enter in the application form.
• Tracking: the tracking number you enter. Tracking pages show only status, route and checkpoints, never names, phone numbers or addresses.

Where it is stored

• Form data is stored in our database on Cloudflare D1.
• Uploaded files (CVs and franchise documents) are stored privately on Cloudflare R2. They are not public. Only our staff, and for franchise documents the applicant, can open them.
• We record actions on each request (for example, when it was created) in an audit log.

Cookies and security checks

• We set one cookie ourselves, and only if you start a franchise application: it keeps your application session so you can continue later. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies.
• Forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to check that a person, not a bot, is submitting. Turnstile is run by Cloudflare and processes technical data about your browser for this check.
• We use your IP address to limit how many requests can be sent in a short time, to stop abuse.

How we use it

Only to handle your request: to call or email you, quote, book and ship your shipment, review your application, and keep records. We do not sell your data. When you ship with us, the international carrier that delivers it and customs authorities receive the shipment details they require.

Who can see it

Our staff, through our office system, which requires a staff login.
